This Privacy Policy explains how Three 21 Creative, LLC (“AIM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, sells, and protects information relating to visitors of AIM-affiliated websites, users of the AIM platform, and individuals whose information is collected, generated, or processed as part of AIM’s lead-generation, routing, and distribution services (“Leads”).
This Policy applies to AIM and all affiliated websites, subdomains, funnels, forms, advertisements, and digital properties operated by Three 21 Creative, LLC, including but not limited to www.321aim.com, www.goroofers.com, www.findhealthplans.com, and any future websites or marketing funnels used for lead collection, data processing, or operation of the AIM platform. By visiting any AIM-affiliated site, submitting information, or using AIM’s services, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
AIM is a business-to-business platform. All interactions with AIM are presumed to be commercial in nature. Individuals under 18 may not use AIM.
No Expectation of Privacy
Users, website visitors, and Leads acknowledge and agree that AIM may monitor, log, analyze, record, and review activity on its websites, funnels, telephony systems, and platform for operational, compliance, training, security, and analytical purposes. Information submitted through AIM may be visible to AIM personnel, contractors, and automated systems. No user should expect confidentiality in transmitted or collected information except as required by law.

We collect information from users, website visitors, Leads, marketing channels, advertising partners, and third-party data sources.

Name, phone number, email address, business information, Account credentials, login activity, profile data, Billing and payment information (processed via PCI-compliant vendors)
Call logs, SMS logs, message metadata, IVR interactions, call recordings where permitted by law, Usage history, navigation data, session logs, clickstream behavior, IP address, device identifiers, browser type, approximate location, Cookies, pixels, UTM parameters, behavioral analytics, heatmaps, and session replay, Lead form submissions, funnel interactions, marketing attribution, campaign identifiers, Information obtained from advertising networks, telecom providers, analytics vendors, AI partners, and data brokers
A Lead’s ZIP code may reflect approximate geolocation, which is not considered precise location under applicable U.S. law.
How We Use Information We may use information for any lawful business purpose, including:
Operating the AIM platform, generating and distributing Leads, managing accounts, and performing authentication, Billing, payments, collections, fraud detection, security monitoring, and dispute resolution, Training, refining, testing, and improving AIM’s AI and machine learning systems, Enhancing lead routing, scoring, optimization, and marketing performance, conducting analytics, benchmarking, internal research, and product development, supporting advertising, retargeting, and marketing operations, complying with legal obligations, responding to subpoenas, and defending AIM’s rights.
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
You expressly authorize AIM to use all collected data, including website visitor data, Lead data, platform user data, telephony metadata, behavioral analytics, logs, and form inputs, to train, test, refine, and improve AI and machine learning models. This includes sharing data with internal and external AI vendors and LLM providers for processing, optimization, and inference.
AIM retains all intellectual property rights in any models, derivative works, insights, or outputs produced from such data. Data used for AI training may be retained indefinitely.
Lead Aggregation, Sale, Redistribution, and Monetization
AIM operates as a B2B lead aggregator. By interacting with AIM, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, sale, licensing, distribution, resale, reassignment, and redistribution of Lead information. AIM may combine Lead information into datasets for commercial, analytical, or AI-related purposes.
AIM does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality, validity, or consent status of any Lead. Recipients of Leads are solely responsible for evaluating their suitability and for complying with all communication laws.
TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Outreach Compliance
AIM does not verify or warrant that Leads have provided express consent for telemarketing, SMS messaging, phone calls, email communication, or any outreach activity. Businesses receiving Leads are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, Do Not Call rules, and all applicable outreach and marketing laws.
Combining Data Across Properties
AIM may combine information collected from websites, funnels, Leads, telephony systems, third parties, and platform usage into unified datasets for operational, analytical, commercial, and AI/ML purposes.
How We Share and Sell Information
We may share or sell information with:Service providers, including Stripe, Twilio, AWS, analytics platforms, AI vendors, subcontractors, and fraud prevention services, Lead buyers, clients, and business partners, Data brokers and vendors to whom AIM sells or licenses Lead information,Legal and regulatory authorities when required, Independent contractors and third-party partners operating under their own privacy policies.
AIM may operate in a manner that qualifies as a data broker under certain U.S. state laws.
Data Retention
AIM retains information for as long as needed for business purposes, analytics, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and AI model development. Information used for AI training or benchmarking may be retained indefinitely, even after account closure.
Your State Privacy Rights
Individuals in California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and Utah may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Requests may be submitted to privacy@go321.com.
To comply with CPRA, AIM provides a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on applicable sites.
